With vines and olive trees, the goat is at the heart of the Mediterranean culture. So we find the production of goat cheese over the entire Mediterranean region.
World leader in the manufacture of goat’s cheese, France has a large number of producers in the Ardèche Plateau.
Often organic, available fresh or dried, in salads or in a quiche, Ardéchois goat’s cheeses always bring their authentic character and flavour.
You can find these easily in the region's markets, where you can also often taste the cheeses on offer.
Ardèche Honey
Ardeche honey delights the taste buds. Beekeepers are plentiful in the South Ardeche region, with its abundant and varied flora.
Chestnut, lavender, acacia, scrubland (garrigue) and wild flowers, discover a medley of tasty and natural honey. Enjoy!
